Any member of the public who wishes to address the Free Library of Philadelphia Board of Trustees is invited to submit a comment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting (no later than 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2020).

The request must state the purpose of the address and must provide contact information. The maximum duration of the public comment period will be 20 minutes. Speakers normally will have three minutes to share their comments. Requestors will be notified via email if they are on the schedule for comment before 5:00 p.m. on September 23, 2020.
