食材為生食,由自己炒開始(個人須具備有瓦斯爐/電磁爐、炒鍋、砧板、刀)/The ingredients are raw food, start with frying by yourself (individuals must have a gas stove/an induction cooker, a wok, a cutting board, and a knife).
食材為熟食,講師仍會教生食炒熟教學,但以包粽體驗為主(個人須具備電鍋)/The ingredients are cooked food, the lecturer will still teach the students how to cook/fry the raw food, but mainly focus on the experience of making rice dumpling (individuals must have an electric cooker).
