By completing this form, you agree that ARVP may collect, use, and disclose your personal data, as provided in this form, or (if applicable) obtained by our organization as a result of your membership, for the following purposes:
(a) the processing of this membership application;
(b) the administration of membership with our organization;
(c) the provision of access to facilities on campus; and
(d) the fulfillment of deliverables to our sponsors.
Additionally, you give consent to ARVP to retain the personal data you provide, as outlined above, for the following purposes/cases:
(a) to contact you for the duration of your membership with ARVP;
(b) to contact you as an alumni of ARVP;
(c) to be used indefinitely in member profiles on the ARVP website as part of membership tracking and archival purposes. It should be noted that only active and/or alumni members have profiles on the ARVP website; and
(d) should your membership status be revoked due to inactivity, ARVP will retain your information for a minimum period of one (1) year during which you may rejoin without requirement to complete this form again. Members who do not have a profile on the ARVP website prior to having membership revoked will have their personal information expunged after the one (1) year period.
As part of the Personal information Protection Act, you have the right to request access to your own personal information. Should you wish to change your personal information or withdraw your consent, you may (i) notify an Executive member through Discord, or (ii) submit an official request to contact@arvp.org.
