Please fill out the Google Form or bring this application with you on Saturday morning.  There is NO Entry fee for this event.  The parade will meet at the Pavilion at 8:00 a.m.  Look for the signs.  Entry numbers will be handed out for the humans to wear that morning!!  The parade will start at 9:00 a.m. and will tour the grounds of the park before going onto the racetrack.  There are 4 different categories.  You will need to choose ONE category that you want to enter.  All decisions of the judges are final.  Twenty-five dollar prizes will be handed out to the winners of each category.
