Parking Helper

- Help people as they come into calliope farm navigate where to park. Really important role!

- This is a important role where you will be soliciting donations and helping people navigate the space and share information about the day.

Set Up Helper!

In this role you will be helping setting up various different parts of the event! You can also help by bringing breakfast, sweet treats and/or coffee!

Bring breakfast, coffee or sweet treets for people working early to make this happen.

Chestnut Roaster

-For this you will roast chestnuts for everyone who comes! We will teach you how to roast chestnuts on gas heated woks.

Cider Presser

-Here you will be helping people press apples into cider throughout the day. As new people come you can teach people what to do and make sure everyone is safe!

Tree Nursery Planting Helper

-Help people plant chestnuts and other nut or fruit trees at our nursery at the farm. We will teach you everything you need to know.

Give a Workshop

-Should be something related to local foods, community climate resilience, permaculture and/or indigenous sovereignty. We will make space for your talk or workshop and will let people know its happening. Does not have to be an hour. You can also be giving talks all day if that is what you want to do.

Organize a Seed/Scion/Plant Material Swap!

-We need someone to plan and run a seed and plant material swap. Have you wanted to do a seed swap before? This is a perfect opportunity! No time limits on this one do it for as long as you like!

Help Clean Up and Break Down

- As the event winds down we will need a lot of help cleaning up and breaking down equipment. If you sign up for this let us know and we will plug you in on what to do.
