Yoga Alliance accredited Ashes Yoga 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training starts February 2020 in Poulsbo, WA at Ashes Yoga Studio and is led by expert teacher Ashley Hagen. The emphasis of Ashes Yoga Teacher Training is confidence in communication and understanding of how to teach an all-levels yoga class. This training draws from a variety of yogic influences and is designed to enhance your understanding of yoga, meditation, breath work, energy, communication and connection.

Ashley Hagen (E-RYT), started practicing yoga in 2010 to help improve her performance as a college athlete. In 2013, after experiencing the benefits of a daily yoga practice, she received her 200-hr yoga teacher certification from American Power Yoga in Dallas, TX and began teaching vinyasa yoga, the most accessible style of power yoga. She has additional certifications in Thai Yoga Level 1, Budokon Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and Barre. Her classes are fun, yet challenging with focus on finding the yogi warrior within.
