We ask that all groups follow our Village Bible Church child protection policy of having 2 same gender leaders staying overnight with a maximum of a one adult to 15 same gender student ratio. (If you have 2 male adults, then that's a maximum of 30 male students, and the same would be true with 2 female adults staying with a maximum of 30 female students). If you have only one male or one female leader, and if another church is available to stay at the same location, we need to partner you with another youth group that has at least one male or female leader in order to meet the child protection policy requirements if that works out logistically at one of our campuses. Depending on the number of groups requesting to stay at each of our church campuses, you will most likely be asked to share common sleeping space with same gendered students and adults from another church(es), even if you meet the required adult/student ratio.
