FYI, this trend is/was in effect when school operates in-person.
IMPORTANT NOTES/TERMS & CONDITIONS-PLEASE READY THOROUGHLY
➤ The Parent volunteer is MANDATORY which renews every year. This year we are starting from January instead of September due to online class.
➤ Every child's parents (father or mother) MUST volunteer at least once. We need at least 1 volunteer minimum per day. If more parent volunteer required for any class days/event in the future we will reach out to you later.
➤ The sign up is first come first serve. Multiple entries will be managed and discussed, however, first sign up parent's name will be given priority.
➤ If ANY PARENT IS MISSED TO SIGN UP or DELAY OBSERVED for sign up, THE PRINCIPAL (Sudeep Manandhar or Team) will follow up to make sure every parents are engaged WHICH IS MANDATORY.
➤ Once parent submit the form and at the day of volunteer he/she is absent or failed to participate may happen then please let us know 1 week in advance so we can accommodate the schedule. However, if the parent who failed the assigned volunteer task once committed he/she may need to pay monetary penalty of $50
