Is your dog on an effective method of parasite prevention? (Please note €20 is added on where fleas are found on your dog. This is to cover the necessary fumigation as parasites are highly contagious to other dogs in our care) *

Does your dog have any knots/ tangles/ matting? (Please note, we may not be able to brush the matting out where it is severe and causes pain. Some dogs with matting present will have to be clipped extremely short where matting is severe. How short your dog will need to be clipped will depend on how close the matting is to the skin. Extra costs will apply due to the extra time needed. We base our pricing on the complexity of the groom and how long it takes. More information can be found on our website).
What type of groom/ haircut for your dog do you desire? If your dog is short haired or does not require any clipping or scissoring please click N/A. Please note, factors such as the condition of your dogs coat, their age, their health, their behaviour will determine what is possible *
When are you looking for an appointment? (sometimes if we can not fill a cancellation appointment from our existing waiting list, we contact new customers from this form. It would be good to have an idea of when your dog is ready for an appointment)

Sometimes we need to move appointments around based on staff availability. We will try to keep it to a minimum but if staff are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, it needs to happen. Is this ok with you? We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. *
Does your dog require hand stripping? If your dog does not require hand stripping, just put No or N/A as your answer. Please note, dogs must have a suitable temperament, coat and condition for hand stripping. This method of grooming can be uncomfortable for some dogs if they do not have a suitable coat. Hand stripping simulation through carding, scissoring and clipping is another technique we can do if it is not possible to strip your dog. Hand stripping should happen 4-12 weekly but will depend on the individual breed. Due to the time and skill involved, hand stripping is a more expensive service than producing a clipped style. *
Regular appointments (up to 6 weekly) are recommended where you would like a longer style and for dogs that become matted easily. We will advise how often you should attend depending on the lifestyle of your dog, your styling requirements and the type of coat your dog has. If you have a dog with a 'Hair-Bearing*' coat (*that continually grows, eg: Shih Tzu, Poodle, Bichon, Kerry Blue, Spaniels, Schnauzers, West Highland White Terrier, Cavachon, Cockapoo, Labradoodle, but are not able to commit to at least 6 weekly visits, we will advise a short hair cut so that you can manage that easier without having to worry about your dog becoming matted in between appointments.

Are you able to commit to regular visits and if so how often? (If so please make sure to book your next appointment upon collection of your dog - we advise to make several appointments in advance as we are extremely busy).

Would you be happy if one of our Level 3 Diploma students helped to groom your dog under full supervision of one of our senior qualified groomers? If you would prefer your dog to only be groomed by our qualified groomers please select 'No'. *
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Communication is preferred in writing by email or text. Where not enough notice has been given, your missed appointment will need to be paid for and a deposit is required for a future booking. Where payment in full is not made for a missed appointment, all future appointments that you may have will automatically be cancelled. Do you agree to this? *
Please be on time for your appointment. If you are going to be late please let us know preferably by text. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we have not been given a reasonable explanation, your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a 'no show'. Do you agree to this? *
