Stat.Edu21 focuses on adaptive learning systems in the field of Higher Education as a complementary tool for traditional courses.
In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in using technology in education to support students in learning processes. Among them, technology-based platforms to assist traditional learning methodologies have been implemented.

The conference is the final event of the “ALEAS – Adaptive LEArning in Statistics” ERASMUS+ project and aims to share results about the impact of the ALEAS and promote a community of practice in this field.
ALEAS aimed to implement an adaptive system for advising in learning Statistics, with a focus on students enrolled in human and social degree programs. In this sense, the ALEAS system offers customized learning paths to help these students cope with statistical anxiety and lack of motivation.

Stat.Edu21 is organized jointly by the University of Naples Federico II and ALEAS Consortium. Due to the growing concern around the coronavirus (COVID-19), the event will be held as live virtual event on 25-26 March 2021.
