We have become a digital world. Are you aware of the risks to your privacy?  How safe are those apps you download on your phone? At the end of this class, participants will understand the difference between a computer virus, malware, phishing, and smishing. We will explore the many ways privacy can be invaded, and learn the necessary steps to avoid this intrusion. In September 2024, the Computer Science and Digital Fluency Standards was implemented in all grade bands. Teachers will investigate the cybersecurity domain and create lessons they can use in their classrooms.
