Organizing Committees - Committee Chairs

- Sets which races and candidates will be invited.
- Sets the questions, presentations, and presenters.
- Identifies cochairs
Logistics - Clyde Anderson
- Translates the agenda to presentation via ZOOM.
- Makes ZOOM accommodation recommendations to other committees.
- Provides staging and technical requirements for OTOC presenters.
Floor Team - Deb Romberger
- Organizes and ensures maximum attendee participation.
- Leverages attendee presence to influence candidates.
- Identifies prospective leaders.
Press/Media - Susan Kuhlmann
- Encourages direct coverage by local media.
- Gets word out to media not in attendance.
- Use OTOC’s and Member’s social media and communications channels to reach public and members including
after event summaries.
Turn-Out - Sean Malloy
- Organize OTOC member organizations to attend action
- Directly reach out to attendees.
