Hand Sanitizer in school - Autumn Term 2021
Dear Parent / Carer,

As we welcome back the children into school, we need to increase our ability to ensure pupils are cleaning their hands regularly. To enhance this provision we will be introducing 'Hand Sanitizer Stations' in certain areas of the school. Pupils will only be able to use these stations when instructed to do so by their class teacher or learning support assistant.

Information regarding the brand and its ingredients can be found below.

Please complete this short form and indicate if you do or do not give permission for your child to use the Sanitizer listed. Lists of pupils that are allowed to use the Sanitizer will be given to class teachers and only those with permission will be able to use Sanitizer stations. Others pupils will use soap and water.

Sanitizer brand:  SureSan (contains 70% alcohol)
Ingredients:
Aqua, Alcohol, Glycerin, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Parfum, Tocopheryl Acetate, Aloe Barbademsis, Leaf juice, Benzyl salicylate, Linalool, Limonene, Hydroxycitronellal, Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene, Carboxaldehyde, Coumarin.

We will need one form completed for each child in school.

Thank you,

HJS Team
