Section timing takes into accounts breaks between sections.

All Toastmasters members and external guests are welcome to register.

Volunteer Eligibility Rules: If you're a candidate for Division Director, Public Relations Manager, Club Growth Director, Program Quality Director, or Division Director for District 4 Toastmasters 2021-2022, you're not eligible to be a volunteer as a contest official.    For more info, please consult the official contest rule book.
