Centre for Food Security: Uncovering challenges
We want to build a world-class Centre for Food Security at Keele and we need your help.

We are bringing together academic colleagues and external partners who share our vision to identify the critical challenges that should be explored by such a centre. To this end, we will hold a series of workshops to identify those shared challenges and initiate research projects that might address them.

In order to prepare for the workshops, we invite you to contribute your voice to the conversation and help us start the discussion by responding to the following question:

“What do you consider to be the main obstacles or hurdles that stop us achieving food security?"

We invite you to think broadly but be specific. You might be interested in distribution and access, nutrition, sustainability of production or any other aspect of food security. Please share the details, not just a general statement. (At this early stage, we ask you to avoid challenges such as "Lack of Resources" or "Insufficient Funding" and to think outside of your current remit.)

Your input will be used to identify themes or clusters that will focus workshops to which you will be invited on 25th November and 9th December.

Please complete by COB Friday, October 30th.
