This form is being used to capture details of players who have been nominated to trial for Leinster Mens U21/23 squad.  The information will be shared with the Coaching/Management teams for development.

Please note that any trial/testing data will in relation to players attending trials & development sessions will be retained by the LHA for assessment/monitoring purposes and will be used over time to evaluate the success rates of the development programme.

To assist with the selection process, a portrait/headshot photograph may be taken of each player.

All correspondence in relation to trials, training sessions etc will be send to the email address used at registration
