Contribute your knowledge and expertise to farmers worldwide!
ACDI/VOCA is a global leader in economic and social development since 1963, focusing on agriculture, economic growth, resilience, finance, and equity & inclusion. With expertise in program design and technical implementation, we empower communities worldwide, fostering economic growth and improving living standards. Operating in 148 countries, we generate $154 million in total revenues and employ 1,270 individuals globally. As a partner of the USAID Farmer-to-Farmer Program, we drive sustainable economic growth in Armenia, Georgia, and Kyrgyzstan.
ACDI/VOCA supports farmers and agribusiness professionals in developing countries to improve their livelihoods and food security. Farmer-to-Farmer sends U.S.-based volunteers on technical assignments to provide hands-on training to communities, cooperatives, agribusinesses, and educational institutions.
WHY we do what we do stems from the realization that farmers in the developing world often lack access to technologies and innovations crucial for enhancing productivity and competitiveness. Despite their inherent strength and resilience, farmers require access to the latest practices to uplift their families and communities from poverty. Farmer-to-Farmer serves as a vital bridge, deploying highly-skilled volunteers to provide individuals with the tools and knowledge necessary to prosper.
