If you are driving to and parking at the LaGrone Academy, this form must be completed.  If you have any changes during the school year (new vehicle, switched schools, etc.) please stop by the Front Office to provide the updated information.  Reminder: Your parking decal from your home campus must be visible at all times when parked at the LaGrone Academy.

Students driving to the LaGrone Academy are required to have a parking decal/tag from their home campus, which must be visible at all times while parked at the LaGrone Academy. Please see the LaGrone Academy Front Office staff if you have questions regarding this. *
I understand that the parking lot behind the LaGrone Academy building and next to the building are not for students. Student parking is only available in the CH Collins parking lot. Parking lot violations will result in removal of driving privileges to the LaGrone Academy. *
Driving to/parking at the LaGrone Academy is a privilege. If a student violates good driving habits (leaving the campus without permission, exceeding speed limits, cutting through the CH Collins parking lot, aggressive driving, etc.) he/she will lose this privilege. Vehicles that are not registered with the LaGrone Academy or that are parked illegally are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. Drivers are reminded to drive slowly and cautiously through the parking lots at all times. *
