I want you to lay on the ground, on your back.  Balance a water bottle with just a little water in it to give it some weight on your forehead.  How long can you keep the bottle on your forehead while doing flutter kicks 6 inches from the ground and alternating arm raises up and down like backstroke without the underwater recovery
How long could you keep the water bottle on your forehead before you dropped it?
