Please fill this out to have a photo retaken. MillerFoto offers Free retakes when the issues is a technical one where we made the mistake. Any physical changes in the student appearance does not qualify for a free retake.

Reason for Retake - Choose 1 *

Are you requesting a retake because of a physical change in appearance? If your child's hairstyle (Length, Color, Etc) has changed, they wore a dirty uniform, their makeup is different, they no longer have blemishes, etc. There will be a fee of $9.00 plus you need to return the complete photo package on retake day with your payment.

Are you requesting a retake because your child's eyes were closed, the flash didn't go off and one side is dark. There is no charge, but you need to return the package for credit. All photos must be in the package for full credit. Missing photos will exclude us from giving you credit and a new package will need to be purchased.

Note about Retakes and Reprinting of Portraits and Products. Only the Portraits will be replaced and special products like Mugs, Mouse Pads, etc will be replaced at 50% of the current price.
