Royal Regiment - Uniform Item Order Form
All members should fill out the form below. The base fee for all members is $160, plus whatever items you need to purchase from the form below. Rookie musicians are required to purchase all items listed. Veterans may order new items as needed.

Initial deposit ($60) plus whatever items you ordered on this form is due to Mr. Daniels OR Mr. Cheatham by Wednesday, May 25th. If paying by check, include students name in the memo, and make checks out to "KGBP".

Required for all rookies. Veterans may purchase a new pair. Color guard should also enter their sizes for their special shoes if they need a new pair.  $30 (I.e. "Mens 10.5"  "Womens 8")
