#TrustLearningCare at your School
The #TrustLearningCare framework believes in 2 things:
1) Local school community members (parents, students, educators) should determine how the $1.8 Billion from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) should be spent at the local school and district level; and
2) Normal was not good enough for many families in Chicago. We must use the ARPA funds to build trust, improve learning and center care. This framework was created through hours of virtual meetings involving hundreds of parents and student leaders from across the city since last November.

We want your input on the specifics of what you and your family need. Parents and youth designed the first versions of the TLC framework and your feedback is essential to us building a framework that reflects what we want for the future.
