Capital Valley FC Spring League--Team Signups
Please fill out this form to let us know of your interest in joining this year's Capital Valley FC Spring League.  Once we have enough interested teams in your age group we will send you info to officially sign up and pay your fees.

Quick overview of the costs for each age group.

Age Group--Birth Years--Cost
U6--2014 & 2015--Individual cost of $40 per player
U8--2012 & 2013--Individual cost of $40 per player
U10--2010 & 2011--$350 per team
U12--2008 & 2009--$425 per team
U14--2006 & 2007--$575 per team
U16 & U19--We will not have Rec Spring teams for these age groups
