• Make your course payment timely to confirm your seat.
• To avail early bird discount the payment must be made before early bird date ends
• Course fee payment should be made in full with the registration or 7 days before the course start date otherwise registration will be canceled and your seat will be given to another delegate.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you are registering using the correct URL and following the correct payment method. We will not be responsible for any lost funds.
• The course will commence if the minimum 6 participants requirement is met

• Full refund on cancellation 3 weeks before the event (Processing fee  2000 PKR will be charged on the total refund amount.)
• 25% deductions, cancellation 2 weeks before the event
• 50% deductions, cancellation 1 week before the event
• Seats are transferable till before the event start.
• In the unlikely event of the course, cancellation full payment will be refunded.
• The refunds will be made through cheque only
