Ready or Not is a GPS-powered mobile game that brings thrilling game modes like Classic, Shrinking Zone, and Zombies to real-life environments. Whether you're playing in a local park or organizing a weekend event, the app turns any location into a dynamic, adrenaline-filled arena.

The app has some key features that make for a unique playing experience for all:

Multiple Game Modes

Classic – One seeker, many hiders, fixed play area.
Shrink – The game area shrinks over time, increasing pressure.
Zombies – Caught hiders become seekers until none remain.

Power-Ups & Abilities (examples)

These would be found randomly around the play area. At specific times a 'supply drop' may appear with certain power-ups. There are specific power-ups for each role (hider or seeker), and can be destroyed by the opposing role if found.

Radar pulse (reveals hiders location for a specific amount of time)
Invisibility cloak (makes hider invisible for a specific amount of time)
Walkie-Talkie (lets hiders find other hiders)
Scrambler (spoof your location to somewhere completely different)

Smart Play Zones

The game area is defined by the host before the game in the lobby. This play area can be seen by all players and is updated on all devices in real time.

All players are alerted if a player leaves the area and their last location is show on the map. After a specific amount of time, they will be kicked from the game. The offending player will be given ample warning including, notifications, buzzing and a clear on screen indication.

Finding hiders

When a seeker finds a hider, they must be within a certain distance (can be configured like most things by the host) of that hider. Once inside this distance, they will be able to press a large button located in the app during the game, registering the find. The finding button is able to be pressed at any time and has a cooldown for when it can be pressed again. If more than one hider is in range of the seeker when they press the button, all hiders become 'found'.
