Repair Request for School MacBook
Students that are experiencing problems with their devices should fill out this form.  No 'in person contact' is initally needed, as repairs must be processed by the Technology Department before the technician can perform repairs according to his/her schedule.  Students will be contacted about the status of their device.

STUDENTS are responsible for the maintenance and well being of their devices.  Negligence such as missing keys, marker stains or blank screens can result in repair fees.
