Dear Family of Upcoming Kindergarten Student,
We are sorry we had to cancel registration but we are looking forward to having your child start school in the fall.  In order to make sure we have appropriate staff in place, we need for all families of upcoming kindergarten students to complete this survey.  It is a simple survey and will take just a few minutes. We will have a full registration as soon as possible.Please submit by Friday, April 10, 2020.  This is NOT a formal registration, it is a survey.
