NDT  Alumni Registration Form - 2023

The 77th National Debate Tournament will occur Thursday, March 30, 2023-Monday, April 3, 2023.  All tournament activities will be held at the Westfields Marriott in Chantilly, Virginia.

This year’s host is Wake Forest University.

If you are an NDT or CEDA debate alum and are in the DC area, we particularly encourage you to come to the kickoff reception and Pre-Tournament Awards ceremony on Thursday the 30th at 6:30 pm.  This will be a great opportunity for you to network with other alums, re-connect with the current community, and see the presentation of several awards given by the Board of Trustees, as well as the Copeland Award for the top ranked first round at large qualifier.

If you are interested, the schedule for the remainder of the tournament can be found here:  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_UIa7VkZ2Gd8QaAknIIO184ijic5z_BP0aXimoDTa_o/edit?usp=sharing

The NDT is an important milestone in the college debate experience. To help keep our NDT community healthy and to make it more likely that all participants can finish the tournament strong, we are asking everyone who comes to the tournament to follow the COVID protocols that have been established by the NDT Committee.  Each tournament guest should complete an attestation form that confirms that you have been vaccinated with a bivalent booster (medical exemptions allowed) and that you are COVID negative.  The links to these forms are on page two of this registration document. Attestation forms will be available at the tournament if you are unable to complete one in advance.

We look forward to seeing you at the NDT!  Please feel free to share this information with others in your own circle who might be interested in attending.  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
