Summer 2019 Registration
Welcome FPS Families,

Thank you for registering for our summer programs. Please read carefully as there is important information below about registration, transportation, dates and times. Please note, that summer programming changes slightly based on which school your child attends.

Summer programming will take place at Framingham High School , 115 A St, Framingham, MA 01701
Monday - Friday, July 1st - July 26th  2019

You are welcome to enroll in one or both summer sessions. Each session requires a one time, non-refundable registration fee of $25 dollars. Please make a check or money order out to: The City of Framingham. Payment can be turned into the after school coordinator at your location:

Summer Session 1 ($25):
Monday - Friday, 9am-3pm
July 1st - July 5th (no programming on 7/4) & July 8th - 12th
Final Showcase (Parents invited - mark your calendars now!): July 12th from 10:30AM-11:30AM

Summer Session 2 ($25):
Monday - Friday, 9am-3pm
July 15th - July 19th & July 22nd - July 26th
Final Showcase (Parents invited - mark your calendars now!): July 26th from 10:30AM-11:30AM

Each session is designed to culminate in a project or event and as such, full attendance and participation is highly encouraged. Missing more than 3 days, of the 10 day session, may result in dismissal from the program.

Our program offers free lunch and breakfast to those who need/want it. You are also welcome to have your child pack their own. Limited transportation is available for pick up and drop off.

Program Partnerships and Description:

The Christa McAuliffe Center For Integrated Science Learning:
During this session students will work on a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) related project that culminates in a space mission at the MCauliffe Center.

Access TV:
This program is designed to give students a hands on experience with media production. Students will get to experience working in front of and behind the camera as well as learning about and operating the control room. Students will also work with script writing, acting, and media literacy.

Discoverers Service Learning Program:
Students will create fun and engaging projects with a focus on environmental awareness.
