Tanners Creek Pool Party Request Form
PARTIES ARE NOT AVIALABLE UNTIL JUNE 8TH, 2024!

Please fill out this form to request a pool party. Please understand that not all requests will be granted. Holidays and holiday weekends are off limits. The board reserves the right to decline any requests for any reason. Failure to abide by the board's decision, pool & party rules, or the signed contract will result in privileges being suspended. The pool will be open to other residents and your guests during your party. There are no private parties.

Pool Party Rules & Requirements:
  • THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY AT THE TANNERS CREEK POOL! THE GATE ATTENDANT IS NOT A LIFEGUARD! YOUR SAFETY, THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY, AND THE SAFETY OF YOUR GUESTS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

  • Parties are limited to a total of 30 individuals, including the host, their family, and guests.

  • Each property is limited to 2 parties per pool season. Only 1 party will be approved at a time. Party requests must be made at least 14 days prior to your requested date.

  • Parties are available during all open hours of the pool but must be no longer than 4 hours long. Your party must be completely contained within your requested hours. For example, if you request a party from 2-5pm, you are not allowed to setup prior to 2pm and you must be completely packed up and done by 5pm. Multiple parties may be scheduled per day, and the other party hosts must be allowed to use their full time.

  • Parties must be contained to the designated "party deck" area of the pool located by the exit gate. This area has 2x 5-person tables with umbrellas and 2x 4-child picnic tables. This area will be reserved for your use from pool opening until the designated end time of your event.

  • Tanners Creek residents attending your party count as party guests. They must use their own fob to enter the pool area. If their fob does not work, they will not be let in. Suspended residents will not be allowed into the pool area. It is highly suggested to have any residents test their fobs prior to their attendance at your event.

  • The adult to child ratio must be at least 2:1. For every 2 children there must be 1 adult present and attentive.

  • The party host's HOA account must be in good standing. The party host must possess and active and working pool fob. If your account falls out of good standing your party will be cancelled.

  • A guest list is required to be submitted to the board, and a copy given to the pool attendant when you arrive. Guest lists can be emailed to board@tannerscreekhoa.com.

  • No cooking equipment is permitted in the pool area. There are no appliances available at the pool, this includes refrigerator, oven, grill, freezer, etc. Please plan accordingly.

  • All waste and trash are the responsibility of the party host. You are welcome to use the trash cans at the pool, but anything that does not fit (ex. pizza boxes) must be taken with you.

  • As the party host, you are responsible for your guest's behavior. This includes taking responsibility for any financial burden brought on by their actions. This includes, but not limited to, broken furniture, damaged equipment, situations requiring professional cleaning, glass in the pool (NO GLASS!), etc. Damages will be assessed to your HOA account and privileges suspended until the balance is resolved.

  • Signed waivers are required for the host and all guests entering the pool area. Waivers are available from the gate attendant and can be signed the day of the event as guests arrive.

  • All standard 2024 pool rules apply. They can be found on the tannerscreekhoa.com website and at the pool in the display case.

  • The gate attendant has the full authority to enforce the pool rules at all times.

  • The Tanners Creek Pool is meant to be enjoyed by all guests and residents. Any activity that is deemed a nuisance or causes complaints will need to be stopped. Please be kind & courteous during your event.
Failure to abide by the pool rules or the conditions listed above is grounds for suspension of privileges. The HOA Board reserves the right to deny any party request for any reason.
