2023-24 PEER Student Committee (PSC) Kickoff Event RSVP Form
We are the PSC (PEER Student Committee), a community of students from across the West Coast dedicated to inspiring innovation and leadership in earthquake engineering. Together, the PSC is a network built by students, for students.

Each year, we hold our PSC Kickoff event, where we share our progress and vision for the upcoming academic year, and how you can get involved across each of our 3 subcommittees: (1) research, (2) professional, and (3) outreach.  Students who are not a part of the PSC will be provided information on how to join. This year, we will be organizing the event around a unique networking experience, giving you the opportunity to meet students from across the PEER network, and a platform to share ideas on supercharging networking and collaboration in the earthquake engineering community.

The 2023-24 PSC Kickoff will be held on Monday, October 23rd from 5:00 - 6:15pm, PST.
5:00pm - 5:10pm -- Introductions
5:10pm - 5:35pm -- Kickoff session
5:35pm - 5:55pm -- Q&A session + forum on 2022-2023 issue areas and opportunities
5:55pm - 6:15pm -- Networking session

Those who RSVP will be provided a PSC Kickoff calendar invitation.

Our event (and the PSC as a network) is open to both undergraduate/graduate students + post-docs, current and inactive, and new members, and anyone with drive, professionalism, and personality. Priority will be given to students from either PEER's Core institutions and Educational affiliates.

Please fill out this form by October 21st 2023, and feel free to reach out to Omar Issa (Director, oissa@stanford.edu) and Bryam (Assistant Director, bryam.astudillo@stanford.edu) with any questions.
