ZERO's Black Men's Prostate Cancer Initiative Atlanta Support Group Interest Form
As a part of our efforts to continue improving and providing support through the Black Men's Prostate Cancer Initiative, ZERO has created an in-person support group for Black men with prostate cancer. If you are in the Atlanta area and interested in being a part of these meetings, please feel free to complete the form below to be added to the email correspondence list.

Every 3rd Saturday of each month
10:00 AM EST -- 11:30 AM EST

Through our partnership with the Fulton County Library System, we will be hosting our support group meetings in their branch locations. Updates for meeting addresses will be provided via email and through social media communication.

All of your information will be kept private and confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of the organization, but if you have any questions or concerns please contact the Health Equity Team (healthequity@zerocancer.org).
