Farmington Rotary Club 4th of July Parade Entry Form.  The theme for the parade is: " Celebrating America's Super Heroes ".  Please complete this registration form.  Parade line-up begins at 8:00 am in the High Street Parking Lot behind the Olsen Student Center in Farmington.  To be eligible for judging  each entry must be ready by 9:00 am.  The parade will step off promptly at 10:00 am.
