Squonkapalooza 

August 10, 2024 Event time 10-6 Central Park | Johnstown, PA


Basic Vendor spaces are 10’ x 10’. Each vendor must provide their own canopy, tables, chairs, set up. Vendor fee will be $50, this includes the peddlers license fee required by the city of Johnstown. 

Sponsorship of the event is also available, and includes optional booth space, see Sponsorship applications for that. 

Vendor set up will be from 8am-10am. Please have everything ready to sell by 10am. If you think you’ll need more time let us know in advance. 

An email with load in and out instructions will be sent closer to the actual event. 

This is an all ages event. We anticipate lots of children attending. All items must be family friendly, nothing more than pg-13 rating. 

We strongly encourage vendors to have items on theme with folklore, cryptids, and creatures. 

This is a juried event. After vendor applications have been reviewed and you are approved we will contact you by email and send you a PayPal invoice.

Squonkapalooza, our businesses, and the city of Johnstown are not liable for loss of goods, or damaged items during the event. It is recommended vendors have their own liability insurance. It is not required but recommended. 


We understand life happens, If you cancel by July 10th you can get vendor fees refunded, however Sponsors will not get refunded. If you have to cancel last minute we may not be able to refund your spot as the money is all being spent on advertising, entertainment, city fees.
