Otamme vastaan työryhmäehdotuksia Maantieteen päivien 2021 teemaan Ratkaisuja etsimässä liittyen. Myös ehdotukset pääteeman ulkopuolelta huomioidaan.

Ensimmäiset työryhmät on hyväksytty 4.6., ja niihin voi lähettää esitelmäehdotuksia tiistaista 8.6. alkaen.

Työryhmäehdotusten jättäminen on yhä mahdollista niin kauan kuin ohjelmassa on tilaa, mutta ehdotukset tulee lähettää kuitenkin viimeistään 5.9. Koska hyväksyttyjä työryhmiä on jo runsaasti, etusijalla ovat ohjelmakokonaisuutta täydentävät työryhmäehdotukset. Työryhmän ei tarvitse välttämättä noudattaa perinteistä työryhmärakennetta (3-5 x 15min Powerpoint esitystä per sessio) vaan voit rohkeasti ideoida vaihtoehtoisia tapoja tuoda alasi asiantuntijoita yhteen keskustelemaan tai tuottamaan uutta tietoa tärkeästä aiheesta.

We now accept session proposals for the Annual Meeting of Finnish Geographers 2021. Your proposal should preferably relate to the event's general theme (Searching solutions), but proposals outside the main theme will be taken into consideration as well.

The first set of sessions has been accepted on 4th of June. Starting from 8th of June, abstract submissions will be accepted.

You can continue to propose sessions as long as we have session slots available, but the proposal must be sent on September 5th at the latest. Considering the great number of sessions already accepted, we will prioritize proposals that compliment the accepted program. See accepted sessions at: https://www.oulu.fi/geography/mp2021-sessions

Your session does not need to follow the traditional structure of a session (i.e. 3-5 Powerpoint presentations per session). You can freely use and try out alternative ways of creating discussion and knowledge in your session.
