This is the brand new booking form for setting up an appointment with me, Ana Cuvo! My current shop is Bittersweet Tattoo Company in Bristol, PA. I do all communication through Instagram, but this form will help me streamline information about what you want tattooed and the where’s and when’s. Please fill out a separate form for different tattoos!

Here are projects I am currently not accepting new clients for:

Add-ons to sleeves or other work that is not my own.
Cover-ups and “reworks” of old tattoos.
Lettering, micro-tattoos, realism, watercolor, or fine line.
Mouth, hands, behind the ear, or genitals.
Tattoos of another artist’s work (except art history references)
Anything that does not look like the work that is portrayed in my portfolio — bold, colorful or heavy blackwork, and with a solid black outline.
