Pay
April 8 - June 10
$500 stipend (split into two payments of $250 at start and end)
Part-time hours (6-8hrs/wk) / fall
Bonus Payments available
Per California law, all CA residents will be paid $16/hr (6-8hrs/per week/Total 60-80hrs semester)

Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for people who are reliable/focused and are excited to represent ALLSZN. If you want to be the future CEO of a Fortune 500 company or

Preference for people involved in campus organizations (business/finance club, Greek life, student government, etc)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Research campus apparel trends and build relationships to meet customer demands
• Collaborate with friends/student organizations to meet growth goals
Specific Tasks/Responsibilities
• Learn product-market fit, scale new apparel ideas and visit campus organizations
• Create pitch decks, financial modeling and market growth plans for your campus
• Plan and develop leadership project (pitch competition, growth projections deck etc.)
Detailed Tasks/Responsibilities
Business
Development Specialist will work is split into 3 components: Financial
Analysis, Entrepreneurial Training and Leadership Development.
Financial Analysis -
create financial models in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft
Powerpoint/Google Slide with the aims of better understanding campus
apparel trends, marketing ROI, target audiences and revenue
expectations. Past examples have involved growth comparison between
current Fortune 500 apparel companies such as Nike/Adidas and upcoming apparel companies such UnderArmour.
Entrepreneurial Training -
learn the fundamentals of scaling a business from weekly pitching
sessions to improve your public speaking skills, product-market fit
analysis on predicting new technology trends and consumer demands and
meeting personal growth targets (creating a new product and testing
market adoption - ie. building/creating something people want)
Leadership Development
- work and collaborate with other team members to reach project goals.
This involves reaching out to campus organizations, sharing your ideas
with your friends/community members and developing a capstone leadership
project to share with future employers. Past capstone projects involved
preparing pitch decks and presenting at campus competitions or
organizing a campus event.
