AnimeFest 2023 Application For Open Director and Assitant Director Positions
This is your opportunity to step up into a leadership role at AnimeFest 2023.

Our staff hierarchy:  Staff -> Supervisor -> Manager -> Assistant Director -> Director -> Concom Leadership (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer) -> Board

Directors and Assistant Directors should expect to take a significantly more active role in the planning and execution of the convention throughout the year.  Depending on the role you are applying for, you should expect to need to work on convention tasks every week. The Assistant Director roles are learning opportunities - the assistant directors will be trained in all of the tasks that are necessary for the role, but we're looking for people with new ideas, too!
