L1 (1-2 years experience): Rp. 500.000 per hire
L2 (>2-3 years experience): Rp. 750.000 per hire    
L3 (>3-5 years experience): Rp. 1.000.000 per hire   
L4 (>5-8 years experience): Rp. 1.500.000 per hire   
L5 (>8 years experience): Rp. 2.000.000 per hire
