Please complete this registration form if you are interested in having your son/daughter register in a program with the York Artistic Swimming Club (YASC).

Please submit registration payment immediately after submitting this registration link.  Registration is not complete until payment has been received. Payment can be submitted via:

- E-transfer to finance@yorksynchro.com (Interact e-transfer can be completed through your financial institutions website.

- Cheques payable to "York Artistic Swimming" via mail to York Artistic Swimming Club at #6-14845 Yonge St. Suite 430 Aurora ON L4G 6H8.

What's next?: You will receive 2 emails from our Club Registrar regarding YASC Club Policy & Procedures, and Registration Consent forms to complete the registration process.
