• Das Gefährt ist Muskelgetrieben und kann über einen Zusatzantrieb verfügen
• Anzahl Räder, Radgrösse, Schaltung, Werkstoff Rahmen: frei
• Das Gefährt ist ein Einzelstück oder existiert als Kleinserie bis maximal 5 Stück
• Das Gefährt wurde innerhalb der letzten drei Jahren in Europa von Hand gefertigt

• The vehicle has to be human powered, though an additional drive is allowed
• Number of wheels, wheel size, gears and frame material: no restrictions
• The vehicle is a single piece or part of a small series up to 5 pieces
• The vehicle was hand-built in Europe within the last three years
