Description: Attendees will learn abou the prevalent but underdiagnosed condition of DCD, including tools for screening and assessment. There will be a focus on best approaches for intervening with the DCD population in order to promote independence and skill attainment in the school setting. Attendees will also be introduced to the CO-OP approach, which is widely research-supported for a variety of pediatric and adult conditions, including DCD, CP, ADHD, ASD, ABI, TBI, DD, stroke, dystonia and more.
