GT/AP Parent Evaluation - Secondary (Grades 6-12)
Please answer the following questions using the linear scale. Comments are always welcome, and needed to evaluate the program fully, but if you give a rating of 1 or 2, please comment with the reason why you gave that particular score. If you have multiple children, please answer one survey for each of your children, as these are grade specific. These are anonymous, so please be honest, but also be tactful in your answers. If there is anything you would like to discuss in detail with me, please email me at dana.sumter@rsdk12.net, and I will be happy to set up a phone conference with you.
