*PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE CAREFULLY*

Please fill out the following form for one of three mandatory information sessions regarding the Meriwether Lewis Institute for Citizen Leadership. Each meeting will be roughly an hour long and will include information about the application process, student experience, and program overview. All Second Years are eligible for the program and we encourage anyone with interest to register! Registration for the information sessions is open.

Information sessions will be held in the Rotunda Multipurpose Room on the following dates and times:

-Wednesday, Oct. 5th @6pm [Multipurpose Room; Rotunda]
-Thursday, Oct.6th @6pm [Multipurpose Room; Rotunda]
-Monday, Oct. 10th @6pm [Multipurpose Room; Rotunda]

****As a reminder, you must attend one of these information sessions for your application to be considered complete for review. If you cannot make any of the sessions please contact Rakeem Walker at rrw9cz@virginia.edu for other accommodations.****
