Thank you for your interest in submitting artwork for the 2023 Swarm-to-Table event! Your work will be displayed at our event on April 15th at The Crossing in a gallery-like setting. Both 2-D and 3-D art is accepted. There is currently no size limit, though we don't not have room for very large 3-D installations.
If your work is selected, we will reach out to you with more information on drop-off/pick-up times.
We do not offer artists any compensation, but you are welcome to attend the event to sell your work.
If you're interested in attending, we are offering a 50% discount on tickets using a promo code. To get this promo code, please submit a response then email us at swarm2table@gmail.com. Tickets to attend the event cost $7.50 with the discount, which gives you full access to the all portions of the event. Around 200-300 people will be in attendance, so this is a great opportunity to share your work with people who love insects! If you are not able to attend the event and are interested in selling your piece, we will add your contact information next to your work. All transactions must be done directly from seller to buyer, we are not involved in this process.
