Membership Freeze Policies
Please keep these policies in mind when initiating your freeze:
  • Minimum Duration: The freeze must last at least 14 days.
  • Fees: You will be charged $8 for every 14-day period of your freeze. There is no partial charge for any period shorter than 14 days after the initial 14-day minimum.
  • Start Date: Your Freeze Start Date must be at least 5 days from today, and you must provide a Freeze End Date.
  • Billing: If your Freeze Start Date is on or after your next billing date, your membership fees will be processed as usual. However, the freeze will save any remaining days/credits and shift your future billing dates accordingly.
  • Changes During Freeze: You cannot upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership while it is frozen. Frozen days do not count toward the 21-day cancellation notice policy.
  • Resume Date: Your membership will automatically resume on the Freeze End Date unless you submit another freeze request at least 5 days before that date to extend it.
