Thank you for submitting a recommendation on behalf of a Summer Leadership Academy applicant or a Peer Mentor Program applicant. The Mount Mary University Women's Leadership Institute Summer Leadership Academy is a competitive and robust pre-college program. The program welcomes high-achieving, mature and motivated young women who share a common interest in preparing for college success, career exploration, and leadership development. Only 80 applicants will be accepted to the Summer Leadership Academy. New participants who complete the Summer Leadership Academy will earn 2 college credits from Mount Mary University. This form should be completed by adults who are not related to the applicant and who are school counselors, advisors, teachers, club moderators, coaches, or employers. Recommendations from parents or other students will be considered as supplemental recommendations. Please answer all questions to the best of your ability.
