Please sign up for the sport your child would like to tryout for in the Fall 2020 season. This form DOES NOT take the place of official registration. Athletes are still required to hand in all forms and have an updated physical on file. This form is to provide the Athletic Office with projected numbers for each sport. Please note, any student in grades 7 or 8 wishing to participate on either a JV or varsity team must pass the Athletic Placement Process (APP) test. ALL APP testing will occur in August.
