Emotion Commotion
Leadership Launch is hosting “Emotion Commotion”, a FREE event for high school students to connect with other teens and improve mental and emotional well-being. There will be speakers who will tell their stories. There will be workshops and activities focused on mental wellness and self-expression. Food will be provided.

Self Expression through Art: Painting, Poetry, Improv
Mental Wellness through Movement: Yoga & Meditation, Martial Arts*, Nature Walk
Connection and Leadership through Service: Youth Engagement in Government, Volunteer Service Projects, Tips for Middle Schoolers

*Please dress comfortably if you plan to attend the workshops that involve active movement!

When: May 21, 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (please plan to arrive early to get food and connect with organizations/people)
