To take a leave of absence you must:

1. Email your CYF region (not DM)
2. Book a return to study call for the last day of leave.
3. Complete this form

If you don't do these things, and just disappear, you will be dismissed as a trainee.

A maximum of three weeks leave, total, can be accommodated. It is not possible to grant leave during Fundamentals, but you can reapply.
